Over the two days of the Regional meet, our BHS swimmers set eleven new school records. They worked so hard during this entire season, and we saw some phenomenal results at the final Regional meet.
Our girls wiped out every single record on the board this year, and they moved up in our Regional standing from 18th last year to 10th this year. That is outstanding improvement!
Our boys set five new records in this season, and maintained their 8th place standing in our Region from last year, even after losing our senior last year who advanced to State. They held onto their spot in the Regional standing on their own.
We lose seven awesome swimmers this year, which will be hard, both on the team and on our hearts, but we have such a strong team coming up. They are all extremely excited to see what they can do next year. It’s been an awesome, really fun year for them all.
