BHS INDOOR DRUMLINE COMPETES AT WGI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 IN DAYTON OHIO

The Burleson High School Indoor Drumline show, “THE NOISE INSIDE”, advanced from the prelims to semi-finals during open class (scholastic open) competition on April 11th and 12th. This is the first time in history the BHS DRUMLINE has made the trip to Dayton Ohio to perform at the Winter Guard International World Championships, a national level competition.

We are so proud of the BHS Indoor Drumline, especially Nathan Carter, percussion director and mentor of this group. Mr. Carter was assisted by David Hernandez and Taytum Guzman. Thank you so much for the dedication and effort you have all put forth all year to bring the group to this notable level of competition.

This has been an unbelievable season where preparations began last November followed by an intensive rehearsal schedule all winter. Your efforts have put Burleson High School on the percussion world map. We could not be more proud of everyone and can’t wait for the opportunity again next season!
Go Elks!!! BHS DRUMLINE SEMI-FINALISTS AT WGI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS !!! Congrats!!!
